Ms. Shegerian’s practice areas of expertise include discrimination, harassment, whistle blower retaliation and wrongful termination, among others. Her work includes every aspect of case management, with a particular emphasis on mediation, trial preparation and jury trial litigation.
Ms. Shegerian has argued in front of the California Second District Court of Appeal as well as the Supreme Court of California. She has also tried numerous cases on behalf of her clients in State and Federal Court and has mediated over 250 cases.
Ms. Shegerian is currently an active Board Member for the Peggy Albrecht Friendly House, a supporter of the U.C.L.A. Rape Foundation for Children and a volunteer at the Sojourn Battered Women’s Shelter.
